Service Description

This session is all about taking up space in a new and empowered way. We will be releasing the old versions of yourself with love, and bringing your true essence and knowing to form and movement in a playful, yet deep way. Expanding into this new energy and expression so it becomes natural -an integrated part of your very cells. Knowing how you express and hold yourself in alignment, it becomes something you can consciously tap into when you feel yourself slip. During this 90 minute session we will tune in deeply to the body to feel where and how you hold both the old and the new within you. We will then use movement, playful exercises and music to bring it to life and help you integrate and release. Finally we will tune into Mama Earth and our roots to anchor this new knowing and being even deeper. By the end you will be amazed at how different you feel, yet how empowered and natural the 'New You' is! ADDITIONAL INFO - Except in extenuating or emergency circumstances, Sessions ancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered late cancellations. You will be charged your 75% of the session fee. - No-shows without prior notification will result in the session being charged.
