TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases and bookings made through this website. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction. By placing an order or booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
SECTION 1 | Seller Information
These Terms are issued by 'NaturaCathy di Hancock Catherine Michelle' registered in Italy under VAT number 01786390532.
These Terms apply to all information on this website and to the contracts concluded between the Seller and consumers ("you") via this website. A "consumer" means any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
SECTION 2 | Products and Services Offered
The Seller offers the following products and services through this website:
2.1 Physical Books
Physical books are available for purchase via a link to a third-party platform (Amazon). Clicking this link will take you to Amazon's website, where the sale is conducted under Amazon's own terms and conditions. The Seller is not a party to that contract, and any rights of withdrawal, returns, refunds, and complaints regarding physical books purchased through Amazon must be handled directly with Amazon.
2.2 Digital Products (Ebooks, Audiobooks and digital recordings)
Ebooks and audiobooks are sold directly by the Seller via this website. These are digital content products supplied electronically. They are delivered by a download link to the email address provided at checkout.
2.3 Sessions
Individual sessions are available in two formats: online (via video call) and in-person (face-to-face at a location agreed between the parties). Sessions are booked and paid for through this website.
2.4 Workshops and Retreats
Workshops and Retreats are available both online and in-person. Specific dates, times, locations (or online platform details), and maximum participant numbers are indicated on the relevant booking page for each workshop and retreat.
2.5 Events
The Seller participates in and hosts events including book readings, nature gatherings and performances at festivals and third-party venues. Event-specific details including date, time, and location are indicated on the relevant event page. Some events may be hosted on or ticketed through third-party platforms; in those cases, the applicable third-party terms will also apply.
SECTION 3 | Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
Payment is processed securely through the payment provider indicated at checkout. The Seller does not store card details. Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise indicated.
SECTION 4 | Order and Booking Confirmation
Once your order or booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order by the Seller and forms the basis of the contract between you and the Seller.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact the Seller at info@naturacathy.com.
SECTION 5 | Delivery
5.1 Digital Products (Ebooks, Audiobooks, and digital recordings)
Digital products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a download link. Delivery is typically immediate or within a few hours. If you experience any technical issue accessing your digital product, please contact info@naturacathy.com and the Seller will resolve this promptly.
5.2 Online Sessions, Workshops, Retreats, and Events
For online sessions and workshops, joining instructions (video call link and any relevant access details) will be sent to your email address no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
5.3 In-Person Sessions, Workshops, Retreats, and Events
The date, time, and location of in-person sessions, workshops, and events are confirmed at the time of booking. Any change to confirmed details will be communicated to you by email as soon as possible.
SECTION 6 | Right of Withdrawal
6.1 General Right
For most distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs beyond those specified below.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins:
- for service contracts (sessions, workshops, retreats and events): on the day the contract is concluded (i.e. the day of your booking confirmation), subject to the important exceptions in Section 6.3 and 6.4 below;
- for digital content (ebooks, audiobooks and digital recordings): on the day the contract is concluded, subject to the important exception in Section 6.5 below;
- for physical goods (books): on the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) physically receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify the Seller before the withdrawal period expires. You may do so by sending a clear written statement to info@naturacathy.com.
6.2 Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from a contract, the Seller will refund all payments received from you minus any demonstrable payment processing or banking fees incurred by the Seller, within 14 calendar days of being informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.
6.3 Exception: Services starting within the 14-day withdrawal period (Sessions)
Important: you lose your right of withdrawal for services such as sessions, session bundles, and workshops once commenced within the 14-day withdrawal period, provided that:
- you have given your prior express consent to the Seller beginning the performance before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period; and
- you have acknowledged that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal.
If you do not expressly consent to the above, and acknowledge that, by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal, the service will only commence after the 14-day withdrawal period has ended.
6.4 Exception: Events and Date-Specific Services
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure services (including book readings, workshops, retreats, festival performances and other events) where the contract provides for performance on a specific date or during a specific period. This exemption applies to all ticketed events with a fixed date listed on this website.
6.5 Exception: Digital Content (Ebooks, Audiobooks and Digital Recordings)
Important: you lose your right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (i.e. ebooks, audiobooks and digital recordings delivered electronically) once download or access has commenced, provided that:
- you have given your prior express consent to the Seller, acknowledging you lose your right of withdrawal upon receipt of the products.
6.6 Digital Withdrawal Function
For contracts concluded through online interfaces, the Seller provides a clearly visible digital withdrawal function on the website.
SECTION 7 | Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
7.1 Cancellation by the Customer
For sessions, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellation more than 72 hours before the scheduled start time: full refund / credit note.
- Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled start time: 50% refund / credit note.
- Cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are considered late cancellations: 25% refund/credit note.
- No show: no refund.
For workshops, retreats and events scheduled for a specific day or period, the applicable cancellation policy is stated separately on the events page or booking form for that particular offering. You must read and accept that policy before completing your booking.
7.2 Cancellation by the Seller
If the Seller needs to cancel a session, workshop, retreat, or event, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered either a full refund /credit note or the option to reschedule. The Seller's liability in such cases is limited to a full refund of the amount paid.
7.3 Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule a session or workshop must be made at least 48 hours in advance by contacting info@naturacathy.com. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
7.4 Exceptions
If extenuating or emergency circumstances an exception may be made allowing you to reschedule within 24 hours. Any other measures requested may be determined at the discretion of the Seller. Please contact info@naturacathy.com in such events
SECTION 8 | Legal Guarantee of Conformity
In accordance with the EU Directives 2019/770 and 2019/771, the following legal guarantees apply:
- For physical goods (books) purchased via Amazon: the guarantee is governed by Amazon's applicable terms. Please refer to Amazon for queries.
- For digital content (ebooks, audiobooks and digital recordings): the Seller guarantees that the content will conform to the contract for two (2) years from the date of supply. If digital content is defective or fails to conform, you are entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, or, where these are not possible, a price reduction or full refund.
- For services (sessions, workshops, retreats and events): the Seller guarantees that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care and in conformity with the contract.
To report a non-conformity, please contact info@naturacathy.com. The Seller will respond within a reasonable time and work to resolve any issues promptly.
SECTION 9 | Termination of Contract by the Seller
The Seller reserves the right to terminate the contract with you at any time and without prior notice if:
- You have breached these Terms or any related rules (i.e. by non-payments, abusive behavior or misuse of services of digital content), or
- your conduct otherwise makes it unreasonable or unsafe for the Seller to continue providing the services or products.
In the event of such termination:
- the Seller may, at its sole discretion, withhold any amounts already paid and provide no refund;
- the Seller may also block or terminate your access to the website, products, services or digital content without further liability.
These rights are in addition to any other remedies available to the Seller under applicable law.
SECTION 10 | Intellectual Property
All content available on this website and through products and services offered by the Seller, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, course materials, written works, recordings, and any other content, is the intellectual property of the Seller or of third parties from whom the Seller has obtained a licence, and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Upon purchasing a digital product or booking a session, workshop retreat or event, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, resell, sublicence, modify, or create derivative works from any content without the prior written consent of the Seller.
SECTION 11 | Personal Data and Privacy
The Seller processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Personal data collected during the ordering, booking, and use of this website is processed for the purposes of fulfilling your order, managing your booking, and communicating with you as necessary.

SECTION 12 | Limitation of Liability
In-person sessions, workshops, retreats and events may involve physical participation. It is your responsibility to inform the Seller of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or contraindications before participation. You participate in in-person sessions, workshops, retreats and events at your own risk where such conditions have not been disclosed.
The Seller does not offer medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. Nothing provided through sessions, workshops, retreats, events or content should be construed as medical advice or treatment. You are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health-related concerns.
SECTION 13 | Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Seller from and against any claims, losses, damages or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the services, products or digital content, or your unlawful or inappropriate behavior in connection with the services, products or digital content of the website.
SECTION 14 | Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid and unenforceable provision will be replaced, as far as possible, with a valid provision that comes closest to the intended effect of the original clause.
SECTION 15 | Complaints and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Complaints
If you are not satisfied with a product or service, please contact the Seller in the first instance at info@naturacathy.com . The Seller will aim to respond and resolve your complaint within 14 business days.
13.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you have the right to use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures.

SECTION 16 | Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law and, where applicable, European Union consumer protection law. The mandatory consumer protection provisions of Italian law apply regardless of any choice of law.
SECTION 17 | Changes to These Terms
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this website with an updated "last updated" date. Changes will not affect orders or bookings made before the date of the change.
