Feeling disconnected from your true self? Want to clear the inner path to feeling centred, empowered & ignited in your expression? Letting go of unworthiness, insecurity and people pleasing as you feel the safety to be fully authentic. This session is a homecoming & a reclamation. Feel Mama Earth guide you back to your heart & your roots through a personal channeled visualisation. Cathy will then guide you somatically to meet the parts of you that feel stuck and are causing you to disconnect or self-sabotage so you can transform them into allies. Re-parenting yourself so you can embrace more empowered, liberating & loving energy through your body, and make choices from deep trust & intuitive alignment. ADDITIONAL INFO: - Except in extenuating or emergency circumstances, Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered late cancellations. You will be charged your 75% of the session fee. - No-shows without prior notification will result in the session being charged.
